Hi, I am Welles Tan, welcome to my blog. I had been a caricaturist for events and parties since 1990. Silhouette Cutting also called Portrait Silhouette Cutting,Profile Cutting or Shadow Cutting. It is an art that using scissors to cut out a shape of a person’s side profile using dark color paper. You can frame it like a photo, put on the desk as a decoration for memories. Within an hour, it should be about 40 - 50 cutting of A6 size to be produced, this is a professional artist's speed.

Pre-event at Meritus Mandarin Hotel

I went to Mandarin Hotel did a silhouette cutting pre-event for Citiport Credit Co-operations Ltd’ s dinner & dance. The guest was very friendly and active. Lots of them were come in couples, so I did some couple silhouette cutting for them. I manage to take some photos during this event.
