Hi, I am Welles Tan, welcome to my blog. I had been a caricaturist for events and parties since 1990. Silhouette Cutting also called Portrait Silhouette Cutting,Profile Cutting or Shadow Cutting. It is an art that using scissors to cut out a shape of a person’s side profile using dark color paper. You can frame it like a photo, put on the desk as a decoration for memories. Within an hour, it should be about 40 - 50 cutting of A6 size to be produced, this is a professional artist's speed.

Roving Silhouette Cutting

That was cool to do an event at NUSS Guild House to night!

I can’t remember how long I did not doing any show in NUS (National University Singapore),

but I like to do show in university or polytechnic, it made me feel young and happy because usually most of the guests I entertaining was young and friendly or appreciate or respect my works ;p
