Lot’s of people thought silhouette cutting was from China, that’s totally wrong, Silhouette cutting was an art from France, “Silhouette” is a name the 1760's Finance Minister of France, Etienne de Silhouette.

Won’t denied, China Chinese was so talented that able to do this well, hence a lot of people thought this art from China.
