Hi, I am Welles Tan, welcome to my blog. I had been a caricaturist for events and parties since 1990. Silhouette Cutting also called Portrait Silhouette Cutting,Profile Cutting or Shadow Cutting. It is an art that using scissors to cut out a shape of a person’s side profile using dark color paper. You can frame it like a photo, put on the desk as a decoration for memories. Within an hour, it should be about 40 - 50 cutting of A6 size to be produced, this is a professional artist's speed.

Did a silhouette cutting pre-event for “GLS Staffs Dinner and Dance” at Swissotel Merchant Court Hotel, Singapore. That was great to do this event especially all the guests was very nice!

William Lee was there doing caricature! That’s great to meet someone I know in the event.
